A ministry of Oconee Heights Baptist Church, American Heritage Girls Troop GA3106 is a Christ-centered character, leadership, and adventure program for girls ages 5-18 that is family-supported and encourages both girl and adult involvement. Through this ministry, girls develop into Christ-following servant leaders who are honoring, relational, anchored, and competent.
American Heritage Girls combines the methods of traditional scout-type programs, including outdoor skills, leadership development, the patrol method, advancement, and uniforms, with Christian youth ministry. The program’s vision is to be the premier national character development organization for girls that embraces Christian values and encourages family involvement.
